* I do all of my baking and cooking in my own kitchen in my own home. I am very proud of my kitchen and I welcome anyone to come and see it for themselves. It has been displayed, modestly, in a few local magazines.
* My kitchen is the loving creation of a local kitchen architect; Duval Acker of Kitchens By Design.
* All of the ingredients that I utilize are of the highest quality. My preparation times are reasonable if I have a few days notice as to your needs.
* Since all of my baking is made-to-order, no product is from inventory. Your product is made just for you.
* I do not provide delivery services. Clients pick up my creations at my home.
* In the case of business meeting setups such as muffins, biscuits and casseroles, I will deliver the products to the meeting site if it is in Mount Pleasant.
* I do not cater coffee or tea - I am not really very good at coffee preparation; just ask my husband.
* I accept Checks and Cash for payment. I do not utilize Credit Card payment methods.
* I do not require deposits for small custom orders. If the order is for a large item, such as a dessert table at a wedding, I may require a deposit to cover the cost of the materials.
* I will provide a tasting session, at my home, in the event that the order is large. I usually charge my material cost for the tasting and credit the amount to my client if an order results from the tasting. Items for the tasting are the result of a meeting, at my home, with the client.
